Shipping policy

Shipping Policy

We ship from our studio in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, worldwide.

Processing time

Orders placed before 3pm (Malaysia time) on a business day usually ship the same day. Orders placed after 3pm, on weekends, or on public holidays ship the next business day. Custom commissions follow a separate timeline confirmed at the time of order.

Domestic shipping (Malaysia)

Domestic deliveries are sent via Pos Laju or J&T Express with full tracking.

International shipping

We ship to most destinations worldwide via DHL Express, FedEx, or Pos Laju International. Rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

  • Southeast Asia: typically 3–7 business days.
  • Rest of Asia, Australia, New Zealand: 5–10 business days.
  • Europe, UK, North America: 7–14 business days.
  • Rest of the world: 10–21 business days.

Customs, duties & taxes

For international orders, any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These are not collected at checkout and are billed by the courier or customs authority on arrival. We declare orders at their full purchase value as required by Malaysian export regulations.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow the parcel. If you have not received tracking 2 business days after placing your order, email 0degreesmy@gmail.com to check on the status.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel is lost in transit (no tracking updates for 7+ business days domestically or 14+ business days internationally), email us and we will open an investigation with the courier. If the parcel cannot be located, we will arrange a replacement or full refund.

If your parcel arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and contents before opening further, and email us within 48 hours of delivery.

Undeliverable parcels

If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect, the recipient was unavailable, or the package was refused, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. The customer pays the additional shipping cost for redelivery.

Address changes

Once an order has shipped, the shipping address cannot be changed. Contact us within 2 hours of placing the order if you need to amend the address.

Studio collection

If you are in Kuala Lumpur and prefer to collect in person, select "Studio collection" at checkout (when available) or email us to arrange. There is no shipping fee for studio collection. Hours: Monday to Saturday, 11am–7pm.

Warranty claim shipping

For warranty claims (manufacturing defects, stone loss, re-plating), we cover return shipping within Malaysia. International warranty claims: the customer pays return shipping to our studio, we pay the return shipping back. See our refund & return policy for the full warranty terms.
