Receive MockupAfter receiving your deposit based on the quote provided, our team will send a 3D Mockup (with metal weight and stone count details) for you to visualize how your piece will look like before we proceed to the manufacturing stage.
ManufactureManufacturing stage will take place once we receive approval from the client based on the 3D Mockup. Lead time is approximately 3 weeks (sometimes more or less) depending on capacity of production.
Finished ProductThe client will be notified when the piece is ready to be picked up or delivered.

- How do I start a custom order?
You can submit your request through the “Custom Jewelry Inquiry” form, or message us directly for one-on-one consultation. - Can I share my design ideas via direct message?
Absolutely. We encourage private messaging to discuss your design vision, materials, budget, and details before we start the process.
Production & Delivery
- How long does production take?
On average, 2–4 weeks depending on complexity and material availability. Some intricate designs may take longer. - Can I change my design after confirming?
Changes can be made during the design stage. Once production begins, major changes aren’t recommended as they may delay the order.
After-Sales & Warranty
- What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
If there are any quality issues, contact us within 7 days with photos and details. We’ll arrange a replacement, repair, or refund solution. - Can I return or exchange a custom piece?
Because each piece is made to order, custom jewelry is non-refundable. However, if there’s a manufacturing fault or shipping issue, we will take care of it.

- Do you offer gift wrapping or personalized notes?
Yes. We provide luxury packaging and can include a handwritten note upon request. - Do you handle bulk or corporate custom orders?
