Materials

Plated 18K white gold for the iced-out look, solid 925 silver for a heavier finish, or stainless steel for everyday utility. Solid 18K gold available on request. All bases hypoallergenic and lifetime-warrantied.

Stones

5A cubic zirconia for the sparkle of our iced-out pieces, VVS moissanite available on request for those who prefer it. Natural diamonds and gemstones (sapphire, ruby, emerald) sourced on request. Heirloom stones welcome — we re-set client-supplied stones.

Settings & engraving

Claw, bezel, pavé, channel, and tension settings. Hand engraving for crests, dates, monograms, and short messages.

Heirloom redesign

Bring an old piece, a single stone, or a relative's wedding band — we can rework it into something your generation will wear. Showroom visit recommended for intake.

How long does a typical commission take?

Most pieces ship within 2–4 weeks of approving the final sketch. Rush jobs (under 2 weeks) are possible for simpler designs but carry a small rush fee.

Do I have to commit before seeing sketches?

No. We send sketches and a fixed quote for free. You decide whether to proceed after that.

Can I visit the studio?

Yes, by appointment. Studio visits are best for custom intake, sizing, and seeing finishes in person. Email us to book.

How does payment work?

50% deposit on approval of the final sketch, 50% before shipping. Local bank transfer or international card payment.

What if I want to change the design mid-process?

Minor changes (engraving text, stone color swap) are easy. Larger changes after casting begins may incur a re-cast fee — we'll let you know before any cost is added.

What if I don't like the final piece?

We work to a sketch you've approved, so there are no surprises by the end. If something is off from the sketch we re-do at our cost. Custom pieces aren't refundable once made to spec.

Is the lifetime warranty the same as catalog pieces?

Yes — manufacturing defects, stone loss, and re-plating are all covered for life on custom commissions, identical to our catalog warranty.
