Our signature iced-out line is plated 18K white gold over a hypoallergenic base, finished to triple industry-standard plating thickness. If the plating ever dulls beyond what normal care can fix, we re-plate it free under lifetime warranty.
Across the broader catalog we also carry solid 925 silver and stainless steel ranges — the 925 Silver collection and Tester Approved line for buyers who want a higher base material or a heavier finish.
Stones are 5A cubic zirconia for most pieces, with VVS moissanite reserved for select silver pieces. Both are claw-set in 4-prong or bezel settings — never glued.

How long has Zero Degrees been around?
We've been designing and selling fine jewelry from our Kuala Lumpur HQ for several years. The catalog started small and has grown one considered piece at a time.
What are your pieces made of?
Our signature iced-out line is plated 18K white gold over a hypoallergenic base, with 5A cubic zirconia stones — the highest grade of CZ — claw-set in 4-prong or bezel settings.
Beyond the iced-out line we also carry a 925 silver collection (some pieces with VVS moissanite) and a stainless steel range for buyers who want a different feel. Each product page lists the exact material spec.
Are your pieces hypoallergenic?
Yes — nickel-free across the catalog. Our plated white gold pieces sit on a hypoallergenic base. The 925 silver line is naturally hypoallergenic. Surgical-grade stainless steel pieces are safe for sensitive skin too. If you've reacted to costume jewelry before, you'll be safe wearing our pieces.
Can I visit in person?
Yes, by appointment at our Kuala Lumpur showroom. Best for sizing, seeing finishes in person, and custom commissions. Our retail stockists across Malaysia also carry the catalog for walk-in browsing.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship worldwide. Domestic shipping is RM 10 to West Malaysia and RM 15 to East Malaysia, complimentary on orders over RM 300. International is calculated at checkout and typically lands in 5–10 business days.

What's your warranty and repair policy?
Every piece carries a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects and stone loss. We also offer free re-plating for life on any piece whose plating dulls beyond what normal care can restore.
