Yes — 30 days from delivery for a full exchange or refund, no questions. The piece needs to come back in its original packaging and unworn condition. Custom commissions are exempt.
Each PDP has a sizing chart with measurements in mm and the equivalent local size. For rings, our studio offers a free sizing visit. If you order the wrong size, the 30-day exchange covers it.
Every base material we use is hypoallergenic — plated 18K white gold over a hypoallergenic core, 925 silver, and stainless steel. Safe for sensitive skin and daily wear.
Manufacturing defects, stone loss, plating wear, and clasp / chain repairs. We re-plate at no charge when the original finish wears through. Bring the piece in or mail it back to the studio.
