Domestic Malaysian orders arrive in 1–3 business days. International orders typically land in 5–10 business days, depending on destination and customs. You'll receive a tracking link as soon as the order ships.
Complimentary shipping on all orders over RM 300. Below that, shipping is a flat RM 10 to West Malaysia and RM 15 to East Malaysia.
We ship worldwide. Duties, taxes, and customs fees are the buyer's responsibility — they vary by country and aren't included in the order total.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unworn pieces in original packaging. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receipt. Custom commissions and earrings (hygiene) are final sale.
Yes — ring resizes are handled at the studio. Email us with your order number and the new size, and we'll arrange the exchange.
Most of our iced-out signature line is plated 18K white gold over a hypoallergenic base, finished at triple the industry-standard plating thickness. We also carry a 925 silver collection and a stainless steel range. Each product page lists its exact material spec.
If the plating on a plated piece ever dulls beyond what normal care can fix, we re-plate it free under lifetime warranty.
5A cubic zirconia — the highest grade of CZ — claw-set in 4-prong or bezel settings on most of our pieces. Select pieces in the 925 silver collection use VVS moissanite. We pick high-grade stones over glass because they hold their sparkle without scratching, dulling, or shedding in everyday wear. Natural diamonds and gemstones (sapphire, ruby, etc.) available on request through a custom commission.
Yes — nickel-free and lead-free across the catalog. Our plated white gold pieces sit on a hypoallergenic base. The 925 silver line is naturally hypoallergenic. The stainless steel range is surgical-grade and well-tolerated by sensitive skin. If you've reacted to costume jewelry before, you'll be safe wearing our pieces.
Take it off before showering, sleeping, swimming, or spraying perfume. Store in the cloth pouch. Polish with the included cloth. Full guide at /pages/care-guide.
Manufacturing defects, stone loss from settings, and free re-plating on plated pieces that wear beyond what normal care can restore. Wear-and-tear repairs (snapped chains, lost stones from impact, deep scratches) are charged at cost.
Send us a description and any reference images via the custom inquiry form. We'll quote (free), discuss materials and stones, and confirm a sketch before production starts. Production runs 2–4 weeks. Most pieces start at RM 1,200.
Yes — we restore old pieces and remake heirloom pieces using their original stones. Studio visit recommended for intake. Email us first to confirm feasibility.
