Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of zero-degrees.co (the "Site") and any purchase made through it. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

About us

Zero Degrees°C Jewelry is a brand operated by 32 Fahrenheit SDN BHD (Company No. 202401007826 / 1553676-M), a private limited company registered in Malaysia. Our place of business is 27a, Jalan Pandan Indah 4/6a, 55100 Kuala Lumpur. Contact: 0degreesmy@gmail.com, +60 12-886 4423.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By placing an order you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

Products & pricing

  • All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and inclusive of applicable Malaysian taxes unless otherwise stated. International orders may incur additional import duties — see our Shipping Policy.
  • We use plated 18K white gold (over a base metal core), 925 sterling silver, stainless steel, and selected pieces with 5A cubic zirconia or VVS moissanite stones. Material composition for each piece is shown on the product page.
  • Product images aim to be accurate but actual colour, finish, and dimensions may vary slightly due to monitor settings and hand finishing.
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, refuse or cancel orders (with full refund) if a price was listed incorrectly, and to limit quantities.

Orders & payment

When you place an order, you make an offer to buy. We accept the offer when we send order confirmation and process payment. A contract of sale is formed at that point. Payment is taken in full at checkout via the payment methods shown.

Custom commissions

Custom pieces follow a separate process:

  • A non-refundable deposit (typically 50% of the agreed price) is required to start work.
  • Timeline, materials, and final price are confirmed in writing before work begins.
  • Once production has started, the deposit is not refundable except in the case of our breach.
  • The lifetime warranty applies to custom pieces. The 30-day return window does not, except for defects.

See our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you when the parcel is handed to the courier.

Returns & refunds

See our Refund & Return Policy. Your statutory rights under the Malaysian Consumer Protection Act 1999 and Sale of Goods Act 1957 are not affected by these terms.

Warranty

Each piece carries a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects, stone loss, and (for plated pieces) plating that dulls beyond normal care. Natural wear is excluded. See the Refund & Return Policy for full warranty terms and how to claim.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including the Zero Degrees°C name, logo, designs, photography, copy, and code — is the property of 32 Fahrenheit SDN BHD or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

User-generated content

If you tag us on social media or submit photos, videos, or reviews, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, edit, and display the content on our marketing channels and Site, with attribution where reasonable. You can request removal at any time by emailing us.

Accounts

If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts.
  • Interfere with the Site's operation, including via scraping, automated requests, or malicious code.
  • Reproduce or resell our products without authorisation.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or for matters that cannot be limited under Malaysian law.

Force majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, courier disruptions, public health emergencies, or government action.

Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts. We encourage you to contact us first — most disputes can be resolved quickly by email.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version takes effect when posted on this page. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
