What materials do you use?

At Zero Degrees, we believe in creating high-quality jewelry that's both stylish and affordable. That's why all our products are made with 100% real 18k Gold & Rhodium/Palladiium plating, ensuring durability and long-lasting wear. In addition, all our ready-to-wear items are hand-set with imported 5A Cubic Zirconia, which gives our jewelry a beautiful and luxurious sparkle. We take great pride in the materials and manufacturing processes we use, and we're committed to providing our customers with transparency and honesty about our products.

How do I maintain my Jewelry?

To ensure the longevity of your jewelry, it's important to take proper care of it. Avoid exposing your jewelry to water or moisture, and store it in a dry place when not in use. Use the provided dust bag or a lined storage box with separate compartments for each piece to prevent scratching or damage. Since we live in a humid climate, consider adding a packet of desiccant crystals to your storage area to absorb moisture. Avoid storing your jewelry with rubber products, as they can cause discoloration or damage. It's also important to avoid exposing your jewelry to chemical products like colognes and perfumes, which can cause damage or discoloration. Chlorine in pools, particularly at high temperatures, can permanently damage or discolor gold jewelry. To clean your jewelry, use the provided Zero Degrees soft cloth to gently remove any dirt or residue.

What sets your products apart from the rest?

All our Gold/Rhodium & Palladium plated products are finished using the PVD Plating method. The process we use is the highest quality plating available. This process allows our plated jewellery to last longer than any typical plating you may be used to. We are constantly working and researching to improve processes to ensure our products are the longest lasting available.

Can I buy Zero Degrees elsewhere? I've seen some that looks the same.

To ensure that you are getting genuine Zero Degrees pieces, we strongly recommend purchasing only from our website or authorized stockists.
Be cautious of:

1. Much Lower Prices 

This can indicate the use of lower quality materials and plating that may impact the overall quality and longevity of the item. For instance, some lower-priced chains may be made from cheaper alloys and feature glued-on rhinestones, rather than hand-set cubic zirconias. This can result in a lack of weight, increased risk of stones falling off, and even discoloration or irritation on the skin a.k.a "Green Neck".

2. Long Delivery Times

Companies that employ dropshipping tactics may take longer to ship your order, resulting in an extended delivery time frame. You could be waiting for weeks, sometimes months until you receive your order.

3. Unclear Return Policies

Companies that use dropshipping practices may have unclear or restrictive return policies that make it challenging to return items, and may even require international shipping to places like China, which can be difficult and costly.

1. How long does shipping take?
   
   We ship all domestic orders with Gdex Express and it takes 1-3 business days to arrive your doorstep. We typically process orders placed before 12pm on the same day and those after on the next business day.
   
2. Do you offer international shipping?
   
   Yes, we offer international shipping to most countries. Some countries that we often ship to include Singapore, Brunei & Indonesia. Shipping to these countries take about 7-10 business days. For shipping to other countries, please contact customer service.
   
3. How do I track my order?
   
   Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track your order on our website or the carrier's website.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a hassle-free return policy. If you need to return an item, you can do so within 7 days of the date your order was delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, undamaged & unworn condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories. If the item is not returned in its original condition, we may not be able to issue a refund or exchange.

Please note that custom products cannot be returned or exchanged as they are made to order. Additionally, for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on earrings.

We do not cover the cost of return shipping, except in cases where we have made an error in fulfilling your order.

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
