- How do I start a custom order?
You can submit your request through the “Custom Jewelry Inquiry” form, or message us directly for one-on-one consultation. - Can I share my design ideas via direct message?
Absolutely. We encourage private messaging to discuss your design vision, materials, budget, and details before we start the process.
Production & Delivery
- How long does production take?
On average, 2–4 weeks depending on complexity and material availability. Some intricate designs may take longer. - Can I change my design after confirming?
Changes can be made during the design stage. Once production begins, major changes aren’t recommended as they may delay the order.
After-Sales & Warranty
- What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
If there are any quality issues, contact us within 7 days with photos and details. We’ll arrange a replacement, repair, or refund solution. - Can I return or exchange a custom piece?
Because each piece is made to order, custom jewelry is non-refundable. However, if there’s a manufacturing fault or shipping issue, we will take care of it.

- Do you offer gift wrapping or personalized notes?
